1. Are you a trading company or factory?

Our factory has installed multiple spectroscopic PMI analyzers in the raw material warehouse, production workshop, and dispatch area.
Equipment such as pressure testing machines, PMI analyzers, RA roughness testers, and hardness testers all contribute to ensuring quality. Additionally, we have our own laboratory and can provide extra test data for special products.
During the production process, dedicated inspectors conduct checks at different stages.
Furthermore, a specialized team of quality inspectors examines finished products to effectively prevent issues like quantity shortages, quality defects, and chemical mix-ups.

5.If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?

For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.

Yes, we can provide the required material reports, such as the material certificate, mill certificate, pressure testing report, roughness report, measurement report, and hardness report.
